Move with Pine in person
Throughout the year Pine hosts retreats, develops corporate programming, leads workshops and facilitates group events.
CORPORATE PROGRAMMING
For women at the top of their work game, perimenopause and menopause hit like a truckload of way too much more. And yet, most won't share their struggles for fear of being stigmatized. The Pine Practice provides context and tools for this vital sector of the workforce, which amounts to good for the workforce. By cultivating community, providing healthy movement, and normalizing the experience of this natural life stage, The Pine Practice helps take the load off so women can get back to doing what they're good at, hot flashes and all.
RETREATS
The Pine Practice can be customized to any group. The Pine Practice loves time to stretch itself, just as a body does. Time for group sharing, savoring the senses, welcoming sway and heart expansion, releasing and learning in Yin poses, and lavish relaxation. Add nature immersion, quiet reflection, community building, breathwork, special meals, and blissful rest. Retreats for maximum resin.
(*Retreats can also be tailored to couples, helping male partners understand the female experience and how to support a beloved.)
Workshops
Longer than a class but shorter than a retreat, a Pine Practice Workshop builds before and after time for better integration. After tea and honest sharing (however you're feeling, Pine's got you!) we flow into movement and embodiment methods, including The Stand, The Sway, and The Shed, followed by yin-yoga and meditative guidance. We end with an extended savasana, beautiful music, and optional head massage and Reiki. Then, time for reflection and sharing, or quiet journaling, plus lovely refreshments.
Workshops can be tailored to specific midlife stages or, "we're all in this together.”
